"I called and talked to Pete in sales just before closing time about purchasing a new atv. My husband and I knew what we wanted and Pete went out of his way, stayed late, ran our financing that evening and promptly called us back to complete our purchase. He kept us informed via phone of all the details. We had previously bought from another dealer and had planned to make this purchase from them also. When we called them it took two days to get a return phone call and they didn't have and couldn't find what we wanted. We had also made a two hour trip to the other dealership after being told that they had what we were looking for only to find out when we got there, two hours after the call, that another salesman had sold it earlier in the day. Their lack of communication with each other turned into a wasted trip for us. We encountered none of those problems at Xtreme. Pete knew what he had in stock, not only in their atv line but their clothing line as well, and was able to quickly give us a price quote. The level of customer service is unmatchable at Xtreme. The staff is efficent, prompt and friendly. They made our buying experience hassle free. We look forward to dealing with the staff and making future purchases at Xtreme.
